The 2in1 jacket is very comfortable and well made. In the winter, it is not enough to wear just a sweatshirt underneath in case you are planning a lighter walk. In case you are planning to do some hiking, just a sweatshirt will be enough to keep you warm. I was surprised by the degree of impermeability and it is 10tis, which is substandard for these jackets but very nice. Overall, the jacket is awfully comfortable to wear. I have a problem with jackets that if I raise my arms above my head my back comes out, that didn't happen with this one. Plus, it's so nicely made that it's good for normal wear even if you don't exactly have a dog with you. The only thing I would change about the jacket is the side of the treat box placement, and that is on the left side. It's not an outright negative, but it would be better for the manageability of the dog.
